How is the audition process at FSU?
After the admission office receives your application, you will get a date for
one of the 3 audition days at the end of January or February. There is no
pre-screening. After all audition days are over, the decisions are made and the
candidate receives a decision letter by the middle of March.
Is there required repertoire for the auditions?
Yes, please consult the FSU College of Music website for this:

How big is the flute studio?
Currently 36 students. 8 graduate and 28 undergraduate students.
How many Freshman do you take every year?
1 or 2 performance majors and 5 or 6 non performance majors.
